Master Service Agreement (summary)

Scope

KickStart Ai LLC provides managed document-request, reminder, tracking, and digest services for bookkeeping/accounting firms (“Client”).

Not included

• Tax, bookkeeping, or accounting advice to Client’s end customers
• Guaranteed collection rates or billable-hour outcomes
• Replacement of Client’s professional judgment or practice management platform

Liability

Services are provided as operational tooling/support. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months, except where prohibited by law.

Data

Client remains controller of client PII/documents. KickStart acts as processor under Client’s instructions. Export available on cancellation.

Fees & cancel

Setup is non-refundable after provisioning starts. Monthly retainers bill in advance. 30-day written notice to cancel after pilot.
