In plain English. Listour uses AI to animate your listing photos into short marketing videos. Optional “looks like you” or “sounds like you” features require your explicit consent and can be deleted anytime. Always review outputs before posting.

01What AI does

Listour animates your listing photos into short cinematic marketing videos (image-to-video anchored to your uploads). When you enable them, Listour may also generate optional scenes that look or sound like you. Outputs can be imperfect — always preview before posting or sending to clients.

02Likeness & voice

We only create an AI twin or voice clone after you check the in-app consent boxes. You can delete your twin, voice, or account in Settings. Marketing use of your likeness by Kick-Start.ai / Listour is off by default and requires a separate opt-in.

Consent is recorded (what you agreed to, version, time, device).
You must be 18+ to use likeness features.
We do not sell your face or voice data.

03Providers

Rendering may involve third-party AI video providers under contract (for example, image-to-video and avatar/voice services). They process data only to deliver the service. See the Privacy Policy for retention, deletion, and contact details.

04Labeled generative layers

Virtual staging and renovation concepts alter how a space is shown and carry non-removable labels (for example, “Virtually staged” or “Renovation concept — not actual condition”). Lifestyle people, when enabled, are disclosed as AI-generated and do not depict actual residents or buyers.

05Your responsibility

You are responsible for disclosures required in your market and for confirming listing facts you enter. Do not use Listour to misrepresent a property’s condition, features, price, or availability. Follow your brokerage, MLS, Fair Housing, and platform rules.
