Photo & media rights
Rule of thumb. Only upload photos and videos you have the right to use for real estate marketing.
Listour is upload-first — we do not scrape listing portals as the primary path.
01Allowed sources
- Photos you took yourself
- Photos your photographer licensed to you for marketing
- Assets your brokerage approved for advertising
02Do not upload
MLS or portal photos (for example from major listing sites) unless your agreement expressly allows marketing use. Do not upload media that infringes someone else’s copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.
03What you authorize
When you confirm photo rights in the app, you authorize Listour and its service providers to process those assets to create listing videos for you. You remain responsible for the rights to the underlying media and for how you distribute the finished tour.
