Privacy Policy

01Who we are

Listour is a mobile application that helps real estate agents create cinematic listing videos from their own photos. Listour is a product of the team behind Kick-Start.ai (“Listour,” “Kick-Start.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to the Listour iOS app and the Listour pages on kick-start.ai. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to, which have their own privacy practices.

02Information we collect

We collect the information described below, depending on how you use Listour.

We do not require or want you to upload MLS or portal photos you are not licensed to use. Before your first upload you confirm you have the rights to the media you provide.

03How we use information

• To provide the core service: generate, render, store, and deliver your listing videos.
• To create and store your optional AI presenter twin and/or cloned voice, so you can reuse them across listings.
• To maintain your account, credits, and subscription, and to process purchases.
• To keep records of your rights attestations, consents, and disclosure choices for legal and compliance purposes.
• To provide support, send service notifications (for example, “your video is ready”), and respond to your requests.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To understand usage and improve reliability, quality, and features.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We use your name, brokerage, and AI likeness in our own marketing only if you separately turn that on in Settings. It is off by default.

04AI likeness, voice & biometric data

Creating an AI presenter (“twin”) or a cloned voice is entirely optional. If you choose to use these features:

• We ask for your explicit, written consent before we create any AI likeness or voice, and we tell you what will be processed and by which providers.
• Depending on where you live, the images and audio used to create your twin or voice may be treated as biometric or sensitive personal information under laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and similar state laws. We handle this data only for the purposes you consent to.
• We do not sell your face or voice data, and we do not use your likeness in our advertising unless you separately opt in.
• You can delete your AI twin, your voice, or your entire account at any time in Settings. When you do, we delete the associated reference images and audio from our systems and instruct our providers to delete the corresponding data, subject to the retention exceptions below.
• AI output can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing every video before you post or send it to clients.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AI likeness features. See the AI Features Addendum for additional detail.

05AI & service providers

We use trusted third-party providers (“service providers” or “subprocessors”) to run Listour. They process your information only to perform services for us, under contract. Categories include:

Our AI providers may change as technology evolves. We maintain a current list of subprocessors and will make it available on request at info@kick-start.ai. Where required, we put data-processing agreements in place with these providers.

06How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf to run the service (see Section 5).
• At your direction — for example, the videos and captions you choose to save, export, or share.
• For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or us.
• In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

07Your content & AI model training

We do not use your photos, videos, or AI likeness to train our own general-purpose AI models. We prefer AI providers that offer “no-train” or enterprise data settings, and we work to keep your content from being used to train providers’ foundation models. Because we rely on third-party providers, their handling of data is also governed by their own terms; we will describe material provider data-use terms on request. We will not knowingly enable providers to train on your AI likeness or voice.

08Data retention

• We keep account, listing, and generated-video data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service.
• We keep AI twin and voice profiles until you delete them or delete your account.
• We retain consent and attestation records for as long as needed to evidence compliance, even after related content is deleted.
• We may retain limited information as required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, or in backups for a limited period, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Videos you have already saved to your device’s Photos library are stored by you and are not affected when you delete data from Listour.

09Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in the app:

• Access / download: request a copy of your data in Settings → Privacy & data.
• Manage AI likeness: create, review, or delete your AI twin and voice.
• Marketing likeness: control whether we may feature your likeness in our marketing (off by default).
• Notifications: manage push and email notifications in your device and app settings.

To make a formal privacy request, email info@kick-start.ai. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. For biometric data, we honor consent withdrawal and deletion as described in Section 4.

10Deleting your data

You are in control of deletion:

• Delete AI twin — removes your twin profile and its reference photos from our systems and instructs our providers to delete related data.
• Delete voice — removes your voice sample and cloned voice profile.
• Delete account — deletes your account, AI twin, voice, cloud videos, and profile. This cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (or billing portal) to stop future charges. Some records may be retained as described in Section 8.

11Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique account credential and keep your device secure.

12Age requirement

Listour is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to use AI likeness features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Where we operate

Listour is offered in the United States and is intended for users in the U.S. Your information is processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your location.

U.S. state privacy rights. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of Listour after an update means you accept the revised policy.

It should be read together with our Terms of Service and AI Features Addendum. Bracketed items such as legal entity name, registered address, and the definitive subprocessor list should be finalized before publishing. Real-estate advertising, biometric-privacy, and platform rules are jurisdiction-specific.
