What is Listour?
Listour is an iPhone and iPad app from Kick-Start.ai that turns your listing photos into a cinematic property walkthrough. Motion is animated from the real photos — it does not invent the house.
How is this different from a slideshow or generic AI video?
Listour uses image-to-video anchored to your uploads, with a fidelity filter so AI cannot invent rooms, features, or views. Staging, people, and renovation concepts are only allowed as clearly labeled layers.
Do I need to hire a videographer?
No. If you already have listing photos you have rights to use, you can generate a short tour on your phone in minutes and save it to Photos for Reels, Stories, or seller presentations.
Is AI disclosure required?
Disclosure is on by default for AI presenters and lifestyle people. Virtual staging and renovation concepts carry non-removable labels. You remain responsible for your brokerage, MLS, Fair Housing, and platform rules.
